Do you ship to the UK?
Yes! Due to customs / fees I ship UK orders via Etsy. If you see an item on this website but not on Etsy - please reach out and I can make them available or create a custom listing.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! I’d love to craft something special just for you. Please reach out via email for all custom inquiries. email@example.com
I saw a photo on your instagram / website that I loved. Do you offer prints?
Yes - I offer custom prints for all photography and would love to make you one. Please send an email with the image you’re interested in to inquire.
Can I have a shorter / longer chain length on an order?
Of course. On most products you can change the chain length, including custom length. Please leave a note at checkout on your order with your desired chain length or send an email to inquire.
Do you offer gold versions of any of your pieces?
Yes. Gold versions of any handmade jewelry featured in the shop can be made custom. Please keep in mind that gold is a much more expensive material and therefore is priced as such. Email to inquire.
Can I change my shipping / billing address on my order? Can I make a change to my order?
For all changes to any orders already placed please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made to orders that have already shipped or entered certain phases of production on particular items. It is the customers responsibility to double check order details + shipping information before placing an order.
Is your jewelry sterling silver?
Most of the jewelry available online is solid .925 sterling silver. If it’s sterling silver it will be noted in the description. An effort is made to use high quality materials for ideal construction of all pieces.
I placed an order - Why hasn’t it shipped yet?
Depending on the item ordered, it may have a longer production time than others. Most sterling silver jewelry has a longer processing time compared to ready to ship items such as pins, (some) prints, etc. This is because silver jewels are handcrafted for each order with meticulous care. If you ordered a made to order item along with a ready to ship item, the order will ship out once all pieces are completed / ready to be shipped.
Please keep in mind that Nyxturna is a small one woman shop, and therefore processing + shipping time may take a tad longer than shopping with a big box store or Amazon. Thank you for shopping small and supporting the arts! ♥
I am ordering a gift and need it delivered by a certain date:
Please contact email@example.com before or immediately after placing your order to communicate this. In most cases, deadlines are fine but sometimes delays in production can cause shipping delays. Additionally, some pieces are made to order and therefore take longer to be crafted.
I want to sell your work in my retail shop. Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! Nyxturna has retailers across the country and abroad. Please email to inquire about selling Nyxturna in your shop and see available offerings.
I want a custom piece made exclusively for my retail shop. Is this something you offer?

I love your photo. Can I use it on my website / shop to sell my own work?
No, not without written permission and compensation for use of the image.
All photography / images (unless otherwise stated) are copyrighted by Nyxturna / Fay Nowitz and may not be resold, redistributed, or used without proper consent, permission and compensation unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund & Shipping Policies:
If there is something wrong with your order (if it is damaged or if there is anything missing), please notify me within 24 hours of receiving your item and I will work with you to correct the problem.
I typically do not offer refunds on pieces, but will offer store credit if you wish to return something. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost both ways if you wish to do an exchange. Exchanges not available for items listed as PRE-ORDERS.
Debit and credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal, Shop Pay (interest free installments with Affirm), Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, and Google Pay.
If you'd for any reason like to cancel your order you may do so before it ships. If it has already shipped out you are unable to cancel it but may do an exchange if you so wish.
Shop Pay (with Affirm)
Introducing a new way to pay over time. Shop Pay allows you to split up your purchase into payment installments.
Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/
If you finance your purchase with Affirm, your first payment is due approximately two weeks after your purchase is finalized. Please note that due to extended delivery times, your loan payment(s) may be due before you receive your purchase.
Choose Shop Pay at checkout to reduce the environmental impact of your delivery for free.
Payment options are offered by Affirm and are subject to eligibility check and might not be available in all states. California residents: Affirm Loan Services, LLC is licensed by the Department of Business Oversight. Loans are made or arranged pursuant to California Financing Law license.
Most items are processed and ship out within one week, but specific items may take longer to ship out if they are made to order or listed as pre-orders. If you need something by a specific deadline or have any questions, please reach out before placing an order.
Everything is shipped via USPS & tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships out ((If you can't find your tracking number, please check your spam folder)).
Priority Mail ((approx. 1-3 days domestic)) is *always recommended* as it includes an insurance option. Items shipped Priority that are lost, missing or damaged are protected under insurance and can be reshipped depending on the piece.
First Class Mail ((approx. 4-7 business days domestic)) does not include insurance. Items shipped via First Class that are missing, lost, or damaged are typically not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
First Class International orders may take approx 5-20 days to arrive, depending on your location (some may take longer. This is only an estimate). Priority Mail International is *always recommended*. If you need something by a specific date, priority or express is advised.
Be aware that the ship time is *approximate*. Things may take slightly longer to arrive due to the nature of the postal service. Once items are handed over to USPS they are out of our control.
If an item is returned and not delivered because of invalid address given, you have the option of resending the shipment ((customer pays for additional shipping)). It is the customer's responsibility to double check the address given at checkout to ensure the package arrives to the correct address. Packages shipped to invalid addresses are not eligible for refunds.
